Webportals Login for new external customers not possible

Update: This problem is now fixed.

Description:

  • At the moment, the login to MyTraining does not work for external customers which registered after Friday, 30.10.2020 (dd.mm.yyyy), 12pm (CET).

Consequences:

  • SiCourse App access possible
  • SiCourse App login with SiemensID/MyID possible
  • SiCourse App login with alternativ login possible
  • SiCourse App page down-/upload possible
  • OneLMS Webportal available
  • OneLMS TCmanager WebClient available
  • OneLMS TCmanager Citrix Client available
  • OneLMS TrainerClient available
