WebPortals are not available

Description: Since yesterday there have been failures during the start of WebPortals. This problem is already solved. The status regarding the WebPortals remains on Major Outage, because the problems with login and registration still exist.

Consequences:

  • App access possible
  • App login with CES possible
  • App login with alternativ login possible
  • App page down-/upload possible
  • OneLMS webclient available
  • OneLMS websites available - but there are issues during login and registration
  • OneLMS trainerclient available

We are working on the solution of the login and registration issues with the highest priority. We apologize for the inconvenience.
